Huawei Honor 6 Plus

Huawei is rapidly becoming one of the best mobile phone companies in the world. They not only provide you with great flagship mobile phones, but they also want to shatter the mid-range mobile phone market as well.

Today, we are going to talk about the Huawei Honor 6 Plus. Does this new Android mid-range mobile phone offer from Huawei a good phone? We’ll find out.

The design of the Huawei Honor 6 Plus is top notch. As in not only in the aesthetics department but also in the durability department as well. One thing you will notice when you see the Huawei Honor 6 Plus is its amazing Glass fibre back cover. This back cover is very tough, as in, really tough. In fact, its durability is akin to that of a military helmet. Now, I am not saying you will use this as an actual helmet, but I just want to let you know how tough this material is.

The overall design of the Huawei Honor 6 Plus mobile phone is almost akin to that of the iPhone 5s. The similarities are in its frame and its button placement. But, the inclusion of the fibre-glass back cover is what pretty much separates it from Apple’s flagship phone.

Looking at the display of the Huawei Honor 6 Plus, you will be treated with a 5.5-inch IPS screen with a 1080p resolution and a pixel density of 401. This phone’s screen is quite impressive as it only has 2.8mm bezels on each side giving you ample screen real estate for all of your media needs.

If there is one stand-out feature of this mobile phone (well, aside from the back cover) is its 2 adjacent rear cameras. That’s right, the Huawei Honor 6 Plus is equipped with two 8-megapixel rear cameras.

Now, you might thing that this feature is all for show, but the two adjacent cameras have a purpose. The thing is, both of the rear cameras work together to make for a completely stabilized image quality. No need for optical image stabilization; the 2 rear cameras do a perfect job of giving you that high-quality, all-important photo.

Not only that but the Huawei Honor 6 Plus also comes with 8-megapixel front camera as well. Huawei is a Chinese company and they know that selfies have become a phenomenon especially in the East. They make the front camera 8-megapixel as well so as to not compromise on the image quality when using it.

The performance of the Huawei Honor 6 Plus is also admirable. The Huawei Honor 6 Plus mobile phone comes with an octa-core processor that has clock speeds of 1.3 GHz and 1.8 GHz for more intensive tasks. Add to that the Mali-T628 GPU and 3GB of RAM, and you’re all set for snappy performance without any lags whatsoever.

The Huawei Honor 6 Plus is a great mid-range phone offering from Huawei. This mobile phone only costs $320. If you can dish out $320 on a mobile phone, definitely consider buying the Huawei Honor 6 Plus.
